The standard figures shown in the
Plankton Status Report
series and the
WGPME plankton time series metabase
were created using the
COPEPOD Interactive Time-series Explorer
(COPEPODITE). This free, online toolkit allows a user to create similar figure sets from their own time series data.
The methodology used by COPEPODITE and the
Plankton Status Report
is present as a "methods chapter" in each report. The latest methods chapter are also individually accessible
online here
